Since I moved to Toronto in October, I haven’t done very much in the way of domestic endeavours. All of the little things that used to bring me joy have been cut out of my new fast-paced city life. For example, I rarely – if ever – bake, I haven’t written a single letter, and I haven’t even unpacked my crafting supplies. I miss it a lot, and I’m going to make a more conscious effort to get down with my grannie self.
This toque is my first craft of the season:
I started the hat just before Xmas, crocheted most of it on the train on my way home from my parent’s place on the 28th, and finished the rest of it this morning before work. It feels good to have a finished craft under my belt.
