This week has been absolutely horrible in terms of the Weight-Off Challenge. I basically ate whatever I wanted (heavy on the chips and dip), and drank hot chocolate with peanut butter by the tubful. I do NOT expect tomorrow’s weigh-in to go well. Fortunately, this week of slacking has been good motivation to begin next week anew. I am going to bust a nut and get this thing crackin’. . . or something.
And I’m going to drink a ton of water.
