A very wise friend suggested I choose between eating healthy and exercising to achieve my weight loss goal because doing both may be a little overwhelming – I totally agree. I was going to choose to fix my eating habits, but this week was a total write off. I did, however, go on a few long walks so I think adding some exercise to my day is more realistic.
Sooooo I’m going to start kind of small with three 1-hour walks a week. This week, those walks will fall on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Whoooo!!
I can’t measure my progress this week because my scale is still at the old place, but I’ll weigh in next Monday.
